Well GW was at the G8 summit this week and apparently it got a little boring. So in the newly minted presidental tradition of Big Willie, he put the moves on the German Chancellor Angela Merkel. He probably should have taken a page out of his college days and gotten her liquored up first because she wasn’t having any of it.
